1. Conditions for applying policy

  • The printed image is off center.
  • Delivered wrong item.
  • Damaged due to shipping carrier, weather…
  • The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the original order.
  • Lost in transit.
  • Item has not arrived within 30 days after placed order.
  • Other mistakes caused by us or shipping carrier.

2. What I can do ?

Subject : Return order “xxx”. (xxx is your order number. You can find in confirmation email.).
Content: Describe the issue, attach pictures of the item and the shipping label.

Step 2 : Waiting (1- 3 business days.).
We will fully examine the photos and notify you, within a reasonable period of time(1-3 business days). If confirming that the item has defective, we will contact to you by phone or email. You have 2 options :

Option 1 – Return item and get full refund : If you choose this option, we will immediately create a trigger on your order to refund to you. You will get an refund confirmation email immediately but please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you. Shipping costs are include.

III. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
